Steps To Transfer From IPHONE To SAMSUNG:
Step 1: A user will have to turn on the Samsung device and connect it with a cable to the iOS device when prompted.
Step 2: Next, follow the Samsung smart switch experience.
Step 3: Once the prompt is over, scan the QR code displayed on the new device using the iPhone’s camera.
Step 4: Click on start on your iPhone and wait for the process to be over.
Step 5: Recommence setting up the new Samsung.
Step 6: Once at the home screen, restart WhatsApp by logging in to the same phone number used on the old device.
Step 7: Tap on Import by allowing the process to be completed.
Step 8: Finish the activating of the new device set up and you will find the chats.

- Samsung SmartSwitch app version 3.7.22.1 or greater version downloaded on your new device.
- The iOS version of WhatsApp 2.21.160.17 or higher is needed on the old device.
- The android version of WhatsApp should be 2.21.16.20 or greater on the new device.
- USB-C to lightning cables for equivalent adapters should be adopted.
- The phone number must be the same for the new device as well as for the old ones.
- The android device needs to be factory new or the user must reset to factory settings.
