“A Normal Amount of Rage”- Episode 1(She Hulk)
Before a court case, lawyer Jennifer Walters tells the viewers about an incident a few months ago where she and her cousin Bruce Banner were intercepted by a Sakaaran spaceship and crashed their car. While attempting to get Banner to safety, Walters was cross-contaminated by his blood, causing her to transform into a Hulk.
Afterward, Walters was taken to Banner’s secret laboratory in Mexico, where he explained her special genetic condition and offered to help her control her powers. Though she was able to effortlessly handle Banner’s training regimen, she expressed displeasure over the idea of becoming a superhero and abandoning her normal life. She attempted to leave but was stopped by Banner, and the two got into a fight.
Banner reluctantly accepted Walters’ wishes and bid her farewell. Back in the present, the court case that Walters is involved in is interrupted by a woman violently bursting through a wall. Walters transforms and easily defeats her.

Walters gains notoriety and is dubbed “She-Hulk”. The case is declared a mistrial and she is fired from the district attorney’s office. Unable to find work, Walters is offered a position by opposing counsel (GLK&H) and impulsively accepts. On her first day she realizes they wants her to head up their new Superhuman Law Division and work as She-Hulk full-time.
Her first case is to represent Emil Blonsky. Though initially reluctant due to Blonsky’s past attempt to kill Banner,Walters talks to Banner and agrees to represent Blonsky. During the hearing, Wong and several other witnesses make their statements, while Blonsky demonstrates his ability to remain in control as the Abomination. Walters later helps Pug to win his case, and Blonsky is released on parole but forbidden from transforming again. As She-Hulk, Walters gives a televised interview to tell her story. Later, while going home, Walters is attacked by four men armed with Asgardian construction equipment, who attempt to steal a sample of her blood, but she fights them off. In a mid-credit scene, the real Stallion signs on to become Walters’ client, and the two celebrate.
Walters confronts Blonsky, who explains that he was removed from his cell by the Sorcerer Supreme Wong, and that he returned to prison willingly afterwards. While Walters attempts to contact Wong, the news of her appointment as Blonsky’s lawyer stirs up public controversy. Walters’ former colleague Dennis Bukowski approaches the Superhuman Law Division for a case involving his ex-girlfriend Runa, a shapeshifting Light Elf from New Asgard, who defrauded him by impersonating Megan Thee Stallion; the case is assigned to Walters’ coworker Augustus “Pug” Pugliese. Wong meets with Walters and agrees to testify at Blonsky’s parole hearing.

Meanwhile, Walters creates a profile on a dating app in the hopes of expanding her social life, but has little success until she changes it into a profile for She-Hulk.
Blaze accidentally unleashes a swarm of demons at one of his shows, but Wong and Walters are able to deal with the creatures, and Walters threatens Blaze into complying with her cease-and-desist order.
