Apple Watch is the most popular and the Best smartwatch in the world. But we haven’t gotten a significant redesign in a bit. The bezels shrunk and even though Apple last modified the design of the watch in 2018 Here is Apple Watch Series 7 (2021).
History of Apple Watch
Originally, the first Apple Watch was offered in 38mm and 42mm case sizes. In 2018, when the Apple Watch Series 4 was released, Apple upgraded the watch with new features, a larger display, a case size increase from 38mm to 40mm for the smaller model, and a size increase from 42mm to 44mm for the larger model. If this leak is correct, that would imply another size increase for this year’s Apple Watch 7 model that would go from 40mm to 41mm for the smaller model and an increase of 44mm to 45mm for the larger case model.

watchOS 8
watchOS 8 brings minor changes.

A new “Mindfulness” app
A new animation within the “Breathe” app and a new “Reflect” feature have been put into place to “keep you more mindful”. The Reflect feature will ask you to think about something that you “love to do” or something that “brings you joy” to fixate on while you do your 60 seconds of breathing.
Apple will be placing all of your Reflect and Breathe sessions within a new “Mindfulness” App on your Apple Watch. So, that explains the “Mind App” leak we saw last week.

Respiratory Rate in the Sleep app
Apple is adding “Respiratory Rate” to your sleep tracking to measure how many breaths you take per minute while… you’re asleep (in case that wasn’t clear). According to Apple, since your sleeping respiratory rate is typically consistent over time, a shift in these metrics can better alert you to changes in your health.
Photos
Portrait Watch faces now allow you to add portrait photos as .. wow this is a terrible sentence that explained itself already in the first three words.
The Photos app itself has been “completely redesigned” for watchOS 8, including collections of memory highlights, featured photos, and favorites.
Messages
Apple now made messaging a little easier on your Apple Watch. Now in Messages, you can dictate, scribble, and add emojis IN THE SAME VIEW while you’re composing a text. Oh my god, this is such a welcomed change.
